基于OBE理念的职业院校应用型课程建设与实践

摘要 为使职业院校课程教学与岗位需求契合,基于OBE理念对铁道机车运行与维护专业“电力机车总体及走行部检查”课程的内容进行重构,明确课程教学新目标,构建“1234”课程运行新模式,创新任务驱动游戏化教学新方法,打造课程思政立体“三维矩阵”,构建“四位一体”和“六审核”课程质量保障机制;建立“双结合”课程质量综合评价方法和“三位一体”课程考核评价体系。教学改革实践表明,该课程有效激发了学生的学习热情和职业兴趣,提升了学生对课程的满意度,同时也显著促进了校企合作融合度,助力教师提升了教学能力。 In order to make the course teaching of vocational colleges fit the job requirements,the content of the general and running part inspection course of railway locomotive operation and maintenance major electric locomotive is reconstructed based on the OBE education concept.The new course teaching target is defined,the new course operation mode of"1234"is constructed,the new task-driven and gamification teaching method is innovated,and the curriculum ideological and political"three-dimensional matrix"is created.And thus we build"four in one"and"six reviews"course quality assurance mechanism,establish"dual combination"curriculum quality comprehensive evaluation method and"Trinity"curriculum evaluation system.The practice of teaching reform shows that the course effectively stimulates students'learning enthusiasm and career interest,and improves students'satisfaction with the course.At the same time,it also significantly promoted the integration of school-enterprise cooperation and helped teachers improve their teaching ability.
