摘要
党的十九大报告提出"全面建成多层次社会保障体系",多层次是对社会保障体系建设作出的重要部署。是国家平稳发展的根基,是促进民族发展的原动力,是人民幸福的重要指标。京津冀协同发展为廊坊地区创建多层次社会保障体系提供了前所未有的契机。通过对全国社会保障体系的研究,提出廊坊地区多层次构建社会保障体系方案,为社会及地区经济发展提供充足动力。
Construction of a multi-level social security system is the foundation and the motive of our national steady development;it is one of the important indicators of the people’s happiness.The collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei provides an unprecedented opportunity for creating the multi-level social security system inLangfang region.Based on the research of the national social security system,this article suggests a scheme of building the multi-level social security system to provide enough power for regional economic development.
