摘要
为落实教育部《关于在全国各级各类学校禁烟有关事项的通知》(教基一函[2014]1号)文件要求,本研究对北华航天工业学院399名大学生实施了吸烟状况及态度调查,掌握了大学生的真实吸烟状况,尝试提出了以下建议:(1)充分凝练集体智慧,征集控烟办法。(2)会同学校有关部门,论证设立吸烟区的可行性。(3)落实宿舍禁烟管理制度,加大宿舍吸烟的惩处力度。(4)提升学生压力管理与情绪疏导能力。为学校有关部门制定切实有效的控烟措施,杜绝宿舍吸烟引发的火灾隐患提供了借鉴。
In order to implement the requirements of the Ministry of Education’s"Notice on Matters Related to Smoking Ban in Schools of All Levels and Types in the Country"(No.1[2014]of the Ministry of Education),this study conducted a survey on smoking status and attitudes of 399 college students in north china institute of aerospace engineering,mastered the actual smoking status of college students,and suggested the following measures:(1)Fully condense collective wisdom and collect smoking control methods.(2)To demonstrate the feasibility of establishing smoking areas in conjunction with relevant departments of the school.(3)Implement the management system of smoking ban in dormitories and increase the punishment for smoking in dormitories.(4)Improve students’ability of stress management and emotional counseling.It would provide a reference for the relevant departments of the school to formulate effective smoke control measures and eliminate fire hazards caused by smoking in dormitories.
