摘要 乡村教师是乡村教育回暖的关键、乡村振兴的重要力量,然而经实地走访发现其存在明显的单向流动倾向(换教和退教)。乡村教师退教、换教意愿主要是源于个人、学校和乡村社会,即乡村教师工作生活两地化、职业发展追求和精神追求不易实现、城乡校际之间差距较大、乡村生活环境的发展滞后。因此,提高乡村教师的留教倾向,需拓展乡村教师职业发展通道,增强人文关怀;“内外驱动”双向发力,缩减城乡校际差距;打造生态宜居、生活便利的乡村环境,丰富乡村教师文娱生活。 Rural teachers are the key to the recovery of rural education and an important force for rural revitalization.However,the investigation has revealed a clear tendency of one-way mobility.The willingness of rural teachers to quit teaching mainly stems from individuals,schools and rural society.That is,rural teachers’work and life are divided,career development and spiritual pursuit are not easy to realize,the gap between urban and rural schools is large,and the development of rural living environment lags behind.Therefore,in order to improve the tendency of rural teachers to stay on the job,it is necessary to expand the career development channels of rural teachers and enhance humanistic care.“Internal and external driving”makes two-way efforts to reduce the gap between urban and rural schools.And also,create a rural environment that is ecologically livable and convenient for life,enrich the cultural and recreational life of rural teachers.
