摘要
青海盐湖工业股份有限公司氯化钾生产装置烘干时会产生大量的含有0.02 mm以下粉尘颗粒的尾气。为了更有效处理烘干尾气中粉尘环保不达标的情况,进一步净化尾气,并且提高粉尘的回收或者回收再利用,钾肥生产中干燥烘干装置首次采用水浴除尘处理,文章对水浴除尘在氯化钾尾气处理中的工作原理、运行工艺流程以及运用效果等进行了分析讨论。
When the potassium chloride production unit of Salt Lake Industry Co.,Ltd.is dried,a large number of dust particles containing less than 0.02 mm will be produced.In order to more effectively deal with the situation that the dust in the tail gas of drying does not meet the environmental protection standard,further purify the tail gas,and improve the recovery or reuse of dust,the drying and drying device in the production of potassium fertilizer adopts the water-bath dedusting treatment for the first time.This article described the working principle and operation process of the water-bath dedusting in the treatment of the tail gas of potassium chloride.The application effect is also discussed.
