摘要 内蒙古兰太实业股份有限公司热动力厂锅炉系统及附属设备的稳定运行,直接影响电厂整体稳定运行及生产任务完成。因设计缺陷导致锅炉磨损严重、锅炉运行故障率高、后续电除尘布袋破损严重、导致烟气粉尘超标等,致使锅炉运行周期短,不能够连续稳定运行,因此加强锅炉防磨、延长锅炉及辅机运行周期、提高锅炉连续运行具有重大的意义。 The stable operation of boiler system and auxiliary equipment in thermal power plant of Inner Mongolia Lantai Industrial Co.,Ltd.has a direct impact on the overall stable operation of power plant and the completion of production tasks.Because of the design defects,the boiler is worn seriously,the operation cycle of the boiler is short,the failure rate is high,the subsequent electrostatic precipitation bag is damaged seriously,and the flue gas dust exceeds the standard,which results in the short operation cycle of the boiler and the failure of continuous and stable operation.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the boiler anti-wear,prolong the boiler and auxiliary machine operation cycle and improve the overall operation of the boiler.
