摘要
氟试剂分光光度法测定水质氟化物,是普通实验室常用方法之一。通过观察显色时间、改变波长、选用不同光程比色皿、改变缓冲介质pH值等方式,分析实验过程对结果的影响因素,并从中找到适合该方法的最佳条件。
The determination of fluoride in water by fluoride reagent Spectrophotometer is one of the common methods in common laboratories.In this paper,by observing the color developing time,changing the wavelength,choosing different optical path colorimetric dishes,changing the pH value of buffer medium and so on,the influencing factors of the experimental process on the results are analyzed,and find out the best condition of this method.
