摘要
强基计划聚焦国家重大战略需求,积极探索多维度考核评价模式,既是对自主招生的一脉相承、又是对其的改革创新。强基计划要求相关高校要积极探索基于能力考查的笔试、面试等方式,考查学生分析问题、解决问题的能力和创新思维,增强选才的科学性。近年来,融入了诸多创新元素的LGD测评技术逐渐发展成为一种成熟的评价模式,也在之前的高校自主招生工作中锋芒初露,其应用价值从国家政策层面到高校实施层面再到考生需求层面都能够得到较好的凸显,获得了部分双一流高校的好评与青睐。从LGD测评技术自身特点出发,总结其在近年高校自主招生中的应用价值与经验,探讨该技术融入高校强基计划的实施意义,以期对今后的高校招生起到借鉴作用。
Since 2003,China has begun launching an independent college entrance examination on a nationwide scale.It has undergone a process of"rolling from point to surface,spreading out and gradually deepening"for decades.With the development of the times and the progress of society,personnel selection standards and evaluation tools,independent colleges and universities admissions also undergone new changes.Therefore,the traditional assessment model is not capable enough to meet the need of current talent selection modes.In this case,the LGD assessment technology,which integrates many innovative elements,is becoming more and more popular and has gradually developed into a mature evaluation model.The value of its application in autonomous admissions can be better highlighted,ranging from the national policy level to the implementation level of colleges and universities as well.Moreover,in recent years,LGD evaluation technology has been used in the independent enrollment of colleges and universities,and has gradually won the favor of some"Double-First Class"universities.This article,starting from the characteristics the application of LGD evaluation technology,in universities’independent enrollment in recent years,intends to present a summation of the implementation significance of integrating LGD into the plan for strengthening basic academic disciplines of colleges and universities,so as to offer some insights into relative practice in the future.
