摘要
围绕我国教育体系和人才培养制度破与立进行探索,以实施全面素质教育为目标,提出了以高考为突破口的中小学学制改革、高等教育学制改革建议。一是分析了现行普通高等院校招生考试制度存在的问题,二是提出了小学学制为五年,初中学制为三年,高中学制为两年的十年包含了小学义务教育改革设想,为全面实施素质教育奠定基础。三是提出高考不以中学教材为考试内容,中学教育教学与高等院校入学考试相对脱钩的思路,提出引入设置两年的大学预科制度,以解决高考"一考定终身"带来的诸多问题;四是提出注重传统道德文化教育和思想政治教育强化人才的"导航能力",围绕兴趣培养和潜能激发的创新创业教育增强人才的"内生动力"等普通高等院校课程改革和人才培养建议;最后对改革建议的利与弊进行了分析。
This article,with the goal of all-round quality education in mind,intends to explore the abolishment and establishment of the education and talent-training systems in China,in hopes of providing reference to the reforming of the education system in China with gaokao as a starting point.First,this article analyzes the problems existed in the current entrance examination system for ordinary universities.Second,it proposes a 10-year-compulsory-education system,in which,students shouldstayin primary school for 5 years,3 for junior high school and 2 for senior high school.This system is believed tolay a good foundation for the practice of all-round quality education.Third,it put forward the idea that high school education should neither be admission-oriented nor gaokao-based.With the help of a system of two-year preparatory school,the new schooling system is expected to fight against the problem brought about by"one exam(gaokao)determines the whole life".Fourth,this article also proposes that we attach importance toboth traditional moral and cultural education and ideological and political education,which are to be guide for the youngstersto correct direction;and as well as curriculum reform and talent trainingmeasures in institutions of higher learning,who are supposed to focus on interest-and potentiality-based innovation and entrepreneurship cultivation of the students.Finally,the pros and cons of the reform are also analyzed.
