咪唑类离子液体-β-环糊精聚合物在孔雀石绿紫外-可见分光光度测定法的应用 被引量:1

Application of ionic liquid-loaded β-cyclodextrin-cross-linked polymer in detection of malachite green by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry

摘要 目的建立养殖水及水产品中咪唑类离子液体-β-环糊精聚合物(IL-β-CDCP)-孔雀石绿的紫外-可见分光光度测定法。方法采用交联法和浸渍法合成IL-β-CDCP。取30 ml样品溶液用邻苯二甲酸氢钾-盐酸缓冲溶液调节至pH 4.0,以0.2 g IL-β-CDCP作为固相萃取剂,室温下振荡提取孔雀石绿5.0 min;离心后,弃去上清液,加入3.0 ml乙醇超声洗脱10 min,洗脱液经紫外分光光度法测定,以外标法定量分析。结果在0.01~0.6μg/ml的线性范围内,所得孔雀石绿的回归方程为A=1.718 c+0.0428,r=0.9991。方法的检出限为2.8μg/L;回收率为92.5%~98.0%,RSD为1.9%~4.6%。结论该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,精密度好,适用于养殖水及水产品中孔雀石绿的快速测定。 Objective To develop a method for the determination of malachite green in aquaculture water and aquatic products by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry.Methods Ionic liquid-loadedβ-cyclodextrin polymer(IL-β-CDCP)was prepared by using crosslinking method and impregnation method.The pH value of 30 ml samples were adjusted to 4.0 by potassium hydrogen phthalate-hydrochloric acid,and 0.2 g of IL-β-CDCP was used as the adsorbent for solid-phase extraction of malachite green at room temperature in 5.0 min.After centrifugation,the supernatant fluid was removed and the malachite green was separated with 3.0 ml ethanol with ultrasonic elution.Then the eluant was analyzed by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and quantified by external standard.Results The linear range of the method was 0.01-0.6μg/ml,the linear regression equation was A=1.718 c+0.0428,with the correlation coefficient of 0.9991 for malachite green.The limit of detection was 2.8μg/L.The recovery rates were 92.5%-98.0%,RSDs were 1.9%-4.6%.Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive,precise and is applicable to the rapid determination of malachite green in aquaculture water and aquatic products.
