摘要
目的建立测定化妆品中虾青素的高效液相色谱法。方法采用β-阿朴胡萝卜素醛为内标,对化妆品中虾青素的样品提取条件进行优化,并确定高效液相色谱条件为:Shim-pack XR-ODS-Ⅲ色谱柱(2.0 mm×150 mm,1.6μm),以甲醇-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流量为0.5 ml/min,检测波长471 nm。结果虾青素在0.50~5.0 mg/kg范围内与峰面积有良好线性关系。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收实验,测得回收率为83.8%~96.0%,RSD为0.9%~2.6%(n=6)。结论本研究建立的方法可准确、快速测定化妆品中虾青素的含量。
Objective To establish the method for determination of astaxanthin in cosmetics by HPLC.Methods The extraction conditions of astaxanthin in cosmetics were optimized by usingβ-apocarotene aldehyde as internal standard,and the HPLC conditions were determined as follows:Shim-pack XR-ODS-Ⅲcolumn(2.0 mm×150 mm,1.6μm),the mobile phase was95%methanol and 5%water at a flow rate of 0.5 ml/min,the detector wavelength was set at 471 nm.Results The method showed that astaxanthin had a good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 0.50-5.0 mg/kg.The recovery rates were83.8%-96.0%and the relative standard deviations were 0.9%-2.6%(n=6).Conclusion The method is rapid,accurate,highly sensitive and suitable for determination of astaxanthin in cosmetics.
