摘要
全氟化合物(perfluorinated compounds,PFCs)及其替代物是一类化学性质极其稳定的有机化合物,在工业和日常生活中得到广泛应用。因其高蓄积性和稳定性,PFCs及其替代物已对生态环境和人类健康造成危害。该文介绍了PFCs及其替代物的污染现状,并从动物实验及人群流行病学研究的角度综述了PFCs及其替代物影响脂质代谢稳态的潜在机制,重点阐述了过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)、人骨髓间充质干细胞(hBMSCs)、脂质代谢相关的酶和基因以及肠道菌群的重要作用,以期为今后PFCs及其替代物在脂质代谢稳态中的研究发展提供参考。
Perfluorinated compounds(PFCs)and their substitutes are a family of organic chemicals with extremely stable chemical properties,which are widely used in industry and daily life.However,owing to their great accumulation and stability,these substances have caused deleterious effects to the environment and human health.This review discusses about the contamination status of PFCs and their substitutes.Simultaneously,this article summarizes the possible mechanisms of PFCs and their substitutes affecting lipid metabolic homeostasis from the previous animal experiments and epidemiological studies.The important role of PPARγ,hBMSCs,enzymes and genes related to lipid metabolism and gut microbiota were emphasized,providing a scientific basis for future PFCs research.
