摘要
为了解复方中草药添加剂对奶牛隐性乳腺炎的预防和治疗效果以及对乳品质的影响,试验选择20头健康奶牛和20头隐性乳腺炎奶牛,饲喂由黄芪、王不留行、鱼腥草等中草药按照组方比例混合发酵的中草药30 d。采集乳样分析各试验组奶牛的体细胞数、乳蛋白率、乳脂率的变化;采集血样检测各试验组奶牛血清中SAA、IL-1β、IL-2、IL-8变化情况。结果表明:该复方中草药添加剂能在饲喂第21天、第28天使隐性乳房炎组体细胞(SCC)数下降到正常水平,与正常奶牛组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);饲喂复方中草添加剂不会对牛奶中的乳蛋白率和乳脂率有显著影响;复方中草药添加剂在饲喂试验结束后能显著降低隐性乳腺炎组奶牛血清中SAA、IL-1β、IL-2、IL-8含量至正常水平,与正常奶牛组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明该复方中草药添加剂对奶牛隐性乳腺炎有一定的预防和治疗效果,而且对乳品质没有影响。
In order to understand the effect of Chinese herbal medicine additives on the prevention and treatment of subclinical mastitis in dairy cows and the effect on milk quality,20 healthy dairy cows and 20 subclinical mastitis dairy cows were selected to feed the Chinese herbal medicine which was composed of Astragalus,Vaccaria segetalis,Houttuynia cordata and other Chinese herbal medicine in a certain proportion for 30 days.Milk samples were collected to analyze the changes of somatic cell number,milk protein and milk fat of each experimental group;blood samples were collected to detect the changes of SAA,IL-1β,IL-2 and IL-8 in the serum of each experimental group.The results showed that the compound Chinese herbal medicine additives could reduce the number of somatic cells(SCC)in the subclinical mastitis group to normal levels on the 21 st and 28 th days of feeding,and there was no significant difference compared with the normal cow group(P>0.05).Feeding Chinese herbal additives had no significant effect on milk protein and milk fat in milk;Feeding Chinese herbal medicine additives could significantly reduce the levels of SAA,IL-1β,IL-2,and IL-8 in the serum of cows in the subclinical mastitis group to normal levels after the end of the test,and there was no significant difference compared with the normal cow group(P>0.05).It showed that the compound Chinese herbal medicine additive had certain prevention and treatment effect on cow subclinical mastitis,and had no effect on milk quality.
