纺织机械系统中电磁干扰抑制方法的研究

摘要 针对传统的纺织机械系统中电磁干扰抑制方法输出信噪比较低的情况,设计新的纺织机械系统电磁干扰抑制方法,以降低纺织机械系统受到电磁干扰的影响。采用RELAXDE算法,估计纺织机械系统电磁干扰参数,建立参考坐标系和载体坐标系,得到各个信号在载体坐标系中的位置。根据坐标位置得到纺织机械系统来向角,然后构建阻塞矩阵并采用自适应阵列信号处理方法对电磁干扰信号处理。在此基础上,提出纺织机械系统电磁干扰抑制算法,将卫星来向角和处理后的多干扰信号代入该算法中,建立阵列空域,完成纺织机械系统电磁干扰抑制。实验对比结果表明,此次设计的纺织机械系统中电磁干扰抑制方法输出信噪比较高,可有效降低纺织机械系统受电磁干扰的影响。 In order to reduce the influence of electromagnetic interference on the textile machinery system,a new method of electromagnetic interference suppression is designed.Based on the relaxde algorithm,the electromagnetic interference parameters of the textile machinery system are estimated,the reference coordinate system and the carrier coordinate system are established,and the position of each signal in the carrier coordinate system is obtained.According to the coordinate position,the coming angle of textile machinery system is obtained,then the blocking matrix is constructed and the adaptive array signal processing method is used to process the electromagnetic interference signal.On this basis,the algorithm of electromagnetic interference suppression of textile machinery system is proposed.The satellite angle and processed multi interference signals are substituted into the algorithm,and the array airspace is established to complete the electromagnetic interference suppression of textile machinery system.The experimental results show that the designed method has a high output signal-to-noise ratio,which can effectively reduce the influence of electromagnetic interference on the textile machinery system.
