摘要
由于社会变迁、刑法修正、押犯构成变化等方面因素,新形势下我国监狱行刑面临新的挑战。应当努力塑造符合时代要求的监狱行刑新理念,以再社会为主旨推动罪犯改造模式变革,以刑事一体化为导向完善监狱行刑立法,以信息技术为支撑创新监管改造机制,从而推动新时代监狱行刑工作的科学发展。
With society transformed,criminal law revised and prisoner constitute changed,the prison execution is facing challenges under the new situation in China.Firstly,the government should put forward new concepts of prison execution in line with times.Secondly,with the theme of resocialization,the model of criminal reform should be transformed.The improvement of the prison execution legislation should be oriented on criminal integration and the regulatory reform mechanism should be innovated with the support of information technology.This leads to the scientific development of prison execution in the new era.
