摘要
目的分析探讨经鼻高流量氧疗研究的研究热点和发展趋势。方法检索中国知网和Web of Science数据库2010年—2020年收录的经鼻高流量氧疗相关文献,采用CiteSpace 5.6.R5可视化软件进行文献分析。结果共检索得到经鼻高流量氧疗相关中文文献916篇、英文文献787篇,英文文献发文量在2018年有小幅度回落,中文文献发文量整体稳步增长,2018年起超过英文文献。通过关键词共现分析发现,研究热点集中于呼吸衰竭、呼吸窘迫综合征、肺炎、气管插管、新生儿、无创通气、机械通气等方面;通过聚类分析,中文文献可形成慢性阻塞性肺疾病、机械通气、低氧血症、新生儿、吸氧、新型冠状病毒肺炎6个聚类;英文文献形成chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(慢性阻塞性肺疾病)、children(儿童)、reintubation(再插管)、COVID-19(新型冠状病毒肺炎)、infection(感染)5个聚类。"新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)"是2020年首次出现的高频关键词,且仍处于不断演化中。结论近年来,学者对经鼻高流量氧疗研究领域的关注度逐年提升,热点聚焦于对呼吸衰竭再插管率、新型冠状病毒感染率等的研究中,但研究内容多偏向于医疗,在护理领域有待拓展,未来可针对经鼻高流量氧疗的护理开展更多研究。
Objective To explore the development trend and research hotspot of high flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy(HFNC).Methods The literature on high flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy collected in CNKI and Web of Science from 2010 to 2020 was retrieved,and a bibliometrics tool CiteSpace 5.6.R5 was used for literature analysis.Results A total of 916 articles in Chinese and 787 articles in English related to HFNC were retrieved.In 2018,the number of articles published in English decreased slightly,while the number of articles published in Chinese increased steadily and exceeded that in English since 2018.Through the co-occurrence analysis of key words,it was found that the research hotspots focused on respiratory failure,respiratory distress syndrome,pneumonia,endotracheal intubation,newborn,non-invasive ventilation,mechanical ventilation and so on.Through cluster analysis,there were six significant clusters in Chinese literature(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease/mechanical ventilation/hypoxemia/newborn/oxygen intake/COVID-19);five significant clusters were formed in the English literature(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease/children/reintubation/COVID-19/infection).“COVID-19”is a high-frequency keyword that first appeared in 2020 and is still evolving.Conclusion In recent years,scholars have paid increasing attention to high flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy year by year,focusing on the reintubation rate of respiratory failure and the infection rate of COVID-19,etc.However,most of the research contents are inclined to medical treatment and need to be expanded in the field of nursing.In the future,more studies can be carried out on the nursing field of high flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy.
