摘要
目的:探讨分析中药疏风止咳汤联合穴位贴敷治疗风痰证感染后咳嗽的临床效果研究。方法:2019年01月-2023年12月是选择病例接受临床治疗时间段,对应病例选择措施随机电脑程序抽选,选择疾病类型为接受治疗的60例风痰证感染后咳嗽患者,以不同组别参与研究,划分标准为不同干预方式,对照组与观察组,各30例,接受中药疏风止咳汤治疗的为对照组,接受中药疏风止咳汤联合穴位贴敷治疗的为观察组,对研究完成后结果进行比较与分析。结果:治疗前各中医证候积分两组未见差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者症候积分均有所降低,其中单项评分与总评分均相对更低的为观察组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者LCQ评分未见差异(P>0.05),治疗后LCQ各项评分均相对更高的为观察组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为70.00%,获得更高临床疗效的为观察组(P<0.05)。两组患者发生不良反应的概率未见差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:风痰证感染后咳嗽患者,为其提供中药疏风止咳汤联合穴位贴敷治疗,能够有效缓解患者的各临床症状表现,临床疗效得到有效提升,让患者拥有更优质生活质量,同时联合用药不会增大患者发生不良反应概率,药物使用安全性较高。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of Shufeng Zhike Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of cough after wind-phlegm syndrome infection.How:January 2019 to December 2023 is the time period for selecting patients to receive clinical treatment.The corresponding case selection measures are randomly selected by computer program,and 60 patients with cough after wind-phlegm syndrome infection receiving treatment with disease type are selected to participate in the study.Different groups are divided into different intervention methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shufeng Zhike Decoction,and the observation group was treated with Shufeng Zhike decoction combined with acupoint application.The results of the study were compared and analyzed.Results:Before treatment,there was no difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group had lower individual scores and total scores(P<0.05).There was no difference in LCQ scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the LCQ scores were higher in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,the control group was 70.00%,and the observation group obtained higher clinical efficacy(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the probability of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with cough after wind-phlegm syndrome infection,Chinese medicine Shufeng Zhike decoction combined with acupoint application can effectively alleviate various clinical symptoms of patients,effectively improve clinical efficacy,and enable patients to have a better quality of life.Meanwhile,combined medication will not increase the probability of adverse reactions in patients,and the drug is safe to use.
