摘要
目的:观察桑梅止咳方合推胸背法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法:选取本院收治的98例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各49例。对照组采用布地奈德吸入治疗,研究组采用桑梅止咳方合推胸背法治疗,对比临床疗效。结果:研究组治疗总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。研究组临床症状改善情况较对照组更好(P<0.05)。研究组中医证候积分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。研究组肺功能指标较对照组更高(P<0.05)。研究组PCT、CRP和WBC水平较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:桑梅止咳方合推胸背法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘能够促进患者临床症状改善,提高其肺功能指标,减轻炎症反应,治疗安全性和实用性较高。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sangmei cough relieving formula combined with chest back pushing method in treating cough variant asthma.Methods:98 patients with cough variant asthma admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide inhalation,while the study group was treated with Sangmei cough relieving formula combined with chest and back pushing method,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of clinical symptoms in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The lung function indicators in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of PCT,CRP,and WBC in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Sangmei cough relieving formula and chest back pushing method can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with cough variant asthma,improve their lung function indicators,reduce inflammatory reactions,and have high safety and practicality in treatment.
