摘要
水泵性能曲线是反应水泵流量、扬程、效率等性能参数内在联系和变化规律的曲线,对确定水泵的配套选型及安装、调节水泵运行工况等方面有着重要意义。而在实际工程中,制造商仅提供在额定转速下或部分转速下水泵的性能曲线,这使得水泵性能曲线的使用受到一定限制。针对这一情况,文章通过相似理论(比例律公式)计算,绘制了不同频率下的性能曲线(H-Q);同时将水泵管路特性曲线与水泵性能曲线相结合,提出了确定水泵运行工作点及在给定净扬程下求解流量大小的方法,为泵站工程应用提供相关参考。
Performance curve of pump reflects the internal relation and change rule of performance parameters such as flow,head and efficiency of pump. It is of great significance in determining matching selection,installation and operating condition of pump. However,in practical project,the manufacturers only provide the performance curves of pumps at the rated speed or part of the speed,which limits the use of performance curve of pump. To solve this problem,the performance curves( H-Q) at different frequencies are plotted through the calculation of similarity theory such as proportional law formula. At the same time,a method has been proposed to determine operating point of pump and calculate the flow rate under the given net head by combining the characteristic curve of the pumping pipeline with the performance curve of the pump,which provides relevant reference for engineering application of pump station.
