摘要
现行水闸安全鉴定中,一般是通过半电池电位法对较大面积的钢筋锈蚀状态进行定性判定,然后辅以对已发生锈蚀钢筋进行取样,测定钢筋剩余截面积,但该方法有其局限性,无法合理估算钢筋锈蚀后剩余截面积,对水闸评级也难以做出严谨的评价。故对常用的钢筋锈蚀检测方法进行探讨,对分析法、物理检测法、电化学检测法优缺点进行了分析,以供实际应用和研究参考。
In the current safety appraisal of sluice,it is generally used to qualitatively judge the corrosion state of steel bars in a large area by means of half-cell potentiometric method,and then the corroded steel bars are sampled to determine the residual cross-sectional area of steel bars.However,this method has its limitations,which cannot reasonably estimate the reinforced corrosion residual cross-sectional area of the steel bar.It is difficult to make a rigorous evaluation of the rating of sluice.The advantages and disadvantages of analysis method,physical detection method and electrochemical detection method are analyzed to provide reference for practical application and research.
