摘要
引黄入冀补淀工程是为了缓解河南、河北、白洋淀等地水资源短缺的问题,是改善河北中东部农业和生态用水的重要基础设施,主要包括渠村老引黄闸闸前引渠、渠村老引黄闸、闸后连接渠道、1#分水枢纽、南湖干渠前约2.20 km渠道等建筑物。然而,水利工程中也存在着防汛措施及抢险对策不足等问题,影响水利工程作用的有效发挥。基于此,文章根据引黄入冀补淀工程概况,详细分析了引黄入冀补淀工程程防汛措施和抢险对策,为工程顺利完工提供保障。
The Yellow River Diversion Project is to alleviate the shortage of water resources in Henan,Hebei,Baiyangdian and other places.It is an important infrastructure to improve agricultural and ecological water use in central and eastern Hebei,mainly including the diversion canal in front of the old Yellow River Diversion Gate in Qu Village,the connecting canal behind the old Yellow River Diversion Gate in Qu Village,the 1#water diversion hub,the channel about 2.20 km in front of the South Lake main canal,and other buildings.However,there are also some problems in water conservancy projects,such as insufficient flood control measures and emergency measures,which affect the effective play of water conservancy projects.Based on this,according to the general situation of the Yellow River Diversion Project to Hebei Lake Replenishment Project,the paper analyzes the flood control measures and emergency response measures in detail,so as to provide guarantee for the smooth completion of the project.
