摘要
司法行政戒毒场所所外就医执法工作是场所管理中一项重要的内容,是保障戒毒人员人身生命安全,确保场所整体安全稳定的重要手段。随着近几年司法行政戒毒场所技防设施不断完善,安全防控力度不断加强,场所内戒毒人员罹患急危重症引发场所管理风险的问题正逐步上升为场所管理中最重要的风险隐患点。因此充分给予戒毒人员全面的医学关注,不断提高场所内医学诊疗服务及医学管控水平,合理科学有效运用离所就医、所外就医等执法工作手段,全力保障场所内戒毒人员人身安全是场所持续确保安全稳定运行的基础。我们应当对其高度重视,不断反思总结提升,确保能够依法、科学、规范、合理、有序、有效地开展执法活动。
The law enforcement work of seeking medical treatment outside the judicial administrative drug rehabilitation facility is an important part of facility management,which is an important means to ensure the personal safety of drug rehabilitation personnel and the overall safety and stability of the facility.With the continuous improvement of technical prevention facilities in judicial and administrative drug rehabilitation facilities in recent years,and the strengthening of safety prevention and control efforts,the problem of drug rehabilitation personnel suffering from critical illness and causing risk in venue management is gradually becoming the most important risk hidden danger point in venue management.Therefore,fully providing comprehensive medical attention to drug rehabilitation personnel,continuously strengthening the level of medical diagnosis and treatment services and medical control in the workplace,reasonably and scientifically utilizing law enforcement measures such as seeking medical treatment outside the workplace,and fully ensuring the personal safety of drug rehabilitation personnel in the workplace are the foundation for the continuous,safe and stable operation of the workplace.We should attach great importance to it,constantly reflect,summarize and improve it,and ensure that law enforcement activities can be carried out in a legal,scientific,standardized,reasonable,orderly,and effective manner.
