摘要
目的了解惠山区中小学生对《中国居民膳食指南》的知晓度,对合理膳食知识的了解及饮食行为习惯,以便及时发现问题提出建议。方法在惠山区各个街道中各抽取一个学校的其中一个班级进行培训前和培训后的调查问卷并进行对比。结果通过培训,中小学生对于《中国居民膳食指南》的知晓率有了很大的上升,对于膳食营养知识的知晓率也有了大幅上升,很大一部分中小学生由之前不健康的行为习惯转为决心培养良好的合理膳食习惯。结论通过合理膳食营养知识的宣传教育能够提高中小学生学习合理膳食知识的积极性,树立正确的膳食观念,应加强合理膳食营养宣传教育活动。
Objective To understand the primary and middle school students in Huishan district on the"dietary guidelines"China residents awareness of dietary habits,and diet behavior knowledge in order to discover problems,suggestions.Methods In each street Huishan,one class in each school was extracted to conduct a survey of pre-training and post-training and compare.Results Through training,primary and middle school students"awareness"dietary guidelines for Chinese residents have been greatly increased,the nutrition knowledge rate was also increased significantly,a large part of primary and middle school students changed from the unhealthy habits and behaviors to the determination of reasonable diet culture good eating habits.Conclusions The reasonable diet nutrition education can improve students reasonable diet positive knowledge,establish correct dietary concept,so we should strengthen the publicity and education activities of a reasonable diet nutrition.
