摘要
目的研究苦瓜胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血脂的调节作用。方法建立高脂血症模型大鼠,随机分为4组,包括低、中、高三个苦瓜胶囊剂量组(0.46 g/kg BW、0.92 g/kg BW、2.76 g/kg BW,分别相当于人体推荐量的5倍、10倍、30倍)和模型组,每组各10只。另取10只同步饲养的正常大鼠作为空白对照组。连续灌胃30天后,采尾血,取血清,采用全自动生化分析仪测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。结果造模期后,模型组动物血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平分别为(10.14±2.70)、(2.31±1.10)、(0.92±0.49)mmol/L,均高于空白对照组(P均<0.01)。给予受试样品30 d后,中、高两个剂量组大鼠血清中TG水平分别为(1.38±0.44)和(1.23±0.40)mmol/L,低、高剂量组LDL-C水平分别为(0.35±0.20)和(0.33±0.19)mmol/L,均低于模型组(P均<0.01)。结论在本试验条件下,苦瓜胶囊具有辅助降血脂功能。
Objective To explore the effect of Momordica charantia capsule on blood lipid in hyperlipidemia rats.Method The hyperlipidemia rat model was induced,and the rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:low,middle and high dose group of Momordica charantia capsule(0.46 g/kg BW,0.92 g/kg BW,2.76 g/kg BW equivalent to 5,10 and 30 times of the recommended dose of human respectively)and model group,10 rats in each group.Additional 10 normal rats were used as the control group.After treatment of 30 days by gastric gavage,serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer.Result After the modeling period,the serum levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in the model group were(10.14±2.70),(2.31±1.10),(0.92±0.49)mmol/L,respectively,which were all higher than those of the blank control group(all P<0.01).Thirty days after the test sample was given,the serum TG levels of the rats in the middle and high dose groups were(1.38±0.44)and(1.23±0.40)mmol/L,respectively,and the LDL-C levels in the low and high dose groups were(0.35±0.20)and(0.33±0.19)mmol/L,which were all lower than those of the model group(all P<0.01).Conclusion The Momordica charantia capsule can evidently decreased blood lipids.
