摘要
Alodine 1200S基材预处理层配合飞机蒙皮底漆/面漆涂层是现代飞机蒙皮材料最为常见的涂层体系。Alodine1200S可以在铝合金表面形成一层棕黄色的转化膜,这一膜层有很强的防腐蚀性能,而且能保证外面的涂层有好的附着力,但是,Alodine 1200S转化液中含有三价和六价铬离子,对人体健康和环境都有很大的危害。溶胶凝胶基材预处理是一种无铬表面处理技术,绿色环保,且与铝合金具有良好的附着力和防腐能力。研究结果显示,飞机蒙皮底漆/面漆涂层体系在溶胶凝胶基材预处理方式下,其涂层性能表现与Alodine 1200S相当,可以替代Alodine 1200S作为新形势下满足环保要求的基材预处理方式。
Alodine 1200S substrate pretreatment layer combined with aircraft skin primer/finish coating is the most common coating system for modern aircraft skin materials.Alodine 1200S can form a layer of brown yellow conversion film on the surface of aluminum alloy,the film layer has strong corrosion resistance,and can ensure that the coating outside has good adhesion,but Alodine 1200S conversion liquid contains trivalent and hexavalent chromium ions,has great harm to human health and the environment.Solgel substrate pretreatment is a chromium-free surface treatment technology,which is environmentally friendly and has good adhesion and anticorrosion ability with aluminum alloy.The results show that the coating performance of aircraft skin primer/finish coating system is similar to Alodine 1200S in sol-gel substrate pretreatment,which can replace Alodine 1200S as a substrate pretreatment method to meet the environmental protection requirements in the new situation.
