摘要
全社会对企业环境责任与可持续发展的关注,使绿色人力资源管理日益成为组织管理领域的重要议题。首先,本文根据2010~2023年中国知网和Web of Science数据库中绿色人力资源管理相关研究进行了文献计量分析,系统梳理了该领域的研究发展脉络及趋势。其次,对67篇高质量和高影响力的文献进行了系统编码和深度内容分析,归纳提炼了绿色人力资源管理的研究进展与关键议题,构建了一个绿色人力资源管理的综合知识框架,并为未来研究指出和提出了可能的方向与建议。
The escalating societal emphasis on corporate environmental sustainability has elevated Green Human Resource Management(GHRM)as a pivotal theme in organizational management research.This study embarked on a bibliometric analysis of GHRM literature spanning from 2010 to 2023,using both the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS)databases.It meticulously charted the evolution of this research domain,and pointed out the research trends.Building on this groundwork,an exhaustive coding and in-depth content analysis of 67 seminal and impactful publications was conducted.This analysis distilled the advancements,pivotal issues,and thematic explorations in GHRM.We also developed a comprehensive knowledge framework of GHRM.In particular,we synthesized these insights and proposed a research agenda for future directions in the field of GHRM.
