摘要
《〈政治经济学批判〉导言》是马克思主义政治经济学的奠基之作,习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想,是《导言》等著作所确定的基本原理与新时代中国经济建设的实践相结合而形成的科学思想。《导言》中的基本论断,包括生产的社会性与历史性、生产诸要素的辩证关系、社会生产的总体性等,在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想中体现为坚持党的领导、正确理解主要矛盾变化和经济新常态、深化供给侧结构性改革、坚持以人民为中心的发展思想、提高保障和改善民生水平、实施乡村振兴战略与区域协调发展战略等具体内容。要将《导言》等理论经典与当代创新理论成果深入结合,不断推进新时代中国特色社会主义政治经济学发展。
Introduction to Critique of Political Economy is the foundational work of the Marxist political economy.Xi Jinping Economic Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era are formed by the combination of the basic principles established in Marxist works such as the Introduc-tion and the practice of China’s economic construction in the new era.The basic conclusions in the“Introduction”,including the sociality and historicity of production,the dialectical relationship between the elements of production,and the nature of totality of social production,reflected in Xi Jinping’s Economic Thought,are to adhere to the Party’s leadership,correctly understand the changes of the major contradictions and the new economic normal,deepen the structural reform of the supply side,adhere to the people-centered development thought,secure and improve people’s livelihood,implement the strategy of rural revitalization and regional coordinated development.It is necessary to deeply integrate the theoretical Marxist classics such as“Introduction”with the achievements of contemporary innovation theory,and continue to promote the development of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
