摘要
安源精神铸就于新民主主义革命时期党领导安源工人运动的历史进程,以“义无反顾、团结奋斗、勇于开拓、敢为人先”为主要内涵,表征了党的领导与工人运动相结合的典范。坚持党的领导是安源工人运动的制胜法宝,也是安源精神的核心特质。安源精神激励工农运动蓬勃开展,推动加强党的自身建设,积极造就革命的良好形势,为革命胜利提供了强大动力。在中国特色社会主义进入新时代的历史坐标系中,安源精神为党更紧密地团结工人阶级提供了具有强大精神力量的理论指南。秉承安源精神,要把握好党与工人阶级的统一性。
Anyuan spirit was cast in the historical process of the Party’s leadership of the Anyuanworkers’movement during the period of the new democratic revolution,with“no hesitation,unity andstruggle,courage to blaze new trails,and dare to be the first”as the main connotation,representing amodel of combining the party’s leadership with the workers’movements.Adhering to the party’sleadership was the magic weapon of the Anyuan workers’movements and the core character of theAnyuan spirit.Anyuan spirit inspired the vigorous development of the workers’and peasants’move-ments,promoted the strengthening of the party’s self-building,actively created a good situation forthe revolution,and it provided a strong driving force for the victory of the revolution.In the historicalcoordinate system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,Anyuan spirit provides a the-oretical guide with strong spiritual strength for the Party to unite the working classes more closely.Ad-hering to Anyuan spirit,we must properly grasp the unity of the Party and the working classes.
