摘要
传统建筑外立面测量技术精度差、效率低,随着遥感技术的发展,三维激光扫描技术能够高精度、高效率获取建筑物外立面三维信息,有效绘制二维线划图。以某校区建筑物为实例,介绍三维激光扫描技术的原理,详细阐述了基于扫描仪获得激光点云数据的过程及点云数据处理方式,并利用高精度的点云数据辅助设计进行建筑物的外立面制图。应用结果表明,与其他传统测绘技术相比,三维激光扫描技术有着更为突出的优势。在未来的社会市场中,三维激光扫描技术也会有更大的发展空间。
Traditional building facade measurement technology has poor accuracy and low efficiency.However,with the development of remote sensing technology,three-dimensional laser scanning technology can obtain three dimensional information of building facade with high precision and efficiency and can also draw two dimensional line drawing effectively.Taking a campus building as an example,this paper introduces the principle of three-dimensional laser scanning technology,illustrates the process of obtaining laser point cloud data and the processing method of point cloud data in detail,and uses high-precision point cloud data aided design to create building facade drawing.The application results show that three dimensional laser scanning technology has more prominent advantages compared with other traditional surveying and mapping technologies.In the future social market,three dimensional laser scanning technology will also have greater development space.
