摘要
目的通过动物实验观察电针刺"足三里"对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法将48只SD大鼠随机分为对照组(C组),手术组(S组),手术+电针刺组(SE组),手术+假电针刺组(SS组),每组12只,建立肝脏缺血再灌注模型,经电针"足三里"处理20 min后,观察4组大鼠血浆IL-6、IL-10、ALT、AST、TNF-α、SOD、MDA含量变化。结果与C组相比,S组、SE组、SS组大鼠血清中IL-6、IL-10、ALT、AST、TNF-α、SOD、MDA含量明显增高(P<0.05),SE组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-10、ALT、AST含量增高没有S组明显(P<0.05)。SE组大鼠血清的SOD含量减少没有S组明显(P<0.05)。结论电针刺激足三里可以减轻急性缺血再灌注对肝组织的损伤,其机制与抑制靶器官损伤相关因子释放,提高机体抗氧化应激能力有关。
Objective To investigate the effects of electro-acupuncture treatment of Zusanli on acute hepatic injury induced by ischemia reperfusion in rats.Methods Forty-eight SD rats were randomly divided into blank controlled group(C,n=12),surgery group(S,n=12),surgery and electro-acupuncture group(SE,n=12),surgery and sham group(SS,n=12).Rat model with acute hepatic injury was established which induced by ischemia reperfusion,then electro-acupuncture treatment at"Zusanli"was given.The contents of IL-6,IL-10,ALT,AST,TNF-α,SOD,MDA in rat plasma were detected.Results The levels of AST,ALT,TNF-α,MDA of S group,SE group and SS group were higher than those of C group.The levels of SOD of S group,SE group and SS group were lower than those of C group.The increased levels of AST,ALT of SE group were lower than those of S group,while the level of SOD of SE group was higher than that of S group.Conclusion Electro-acupuncture treatment of Zusanli can reduce the effects of acute hepatic injury induced by ischemia reperfusion in rats.The mechanism is possibly related to inhibiting the release of target organ damage factors,and enhancing the ability of antioxidants.
