摘要
目的探讨急性脑梗死患者经导管选择性脑动脉内介入对MBP、TIMP1、NSE和S100β表达水平的影响。方法选择2018年1月~2019年1月在我院进行治疗的急性脑梗死患者138例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各69例;对照组采用常规药物溶栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用选择性脑动脉内介入溶栓治疗;对两组患者治疗疗效以及治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分、日常活动评分和血清中MBP、TIMP1、NSE、S100β水平指标作出比较与分析。结果治疗后,观察组有效率为85.51%,显著高于对照组的68.14%,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前神经功能受损NIHSS评分和日常生活能力MBI评分组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后,患者的神经功能和日常生活能力较治疗前比较均得到了改善(P<0.05),组间比较,观察组的改善程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前血清中MBP、TIMP1、NSE和S100β水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者血清中指标较治疗前比较均得到改善(P<0.05),组间比较,观察组效果更显著(P<0.05)。结论经导管选择性脑动脉内介入溶栓技术在急性脑梗死患者的治疗中可有效改善患者神经功能和血清中各项相关指标,提高了疗效。
Objective To investigate the effects of selective intra-catheter arterial intervention on expression of MBP,TIMP1,NSE and S100βin patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 138 patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 69 cases.The control group was treated with conventional drug thrombolysis,selective intra-arterial interventional thrombolytic therapy was used.The therapeutic efficacy,neurological deficit score,daily activity score,and serum levels of MBP,TIMP1,NSE,and S100βwere analyzed.Results After treatment,the effective rate in the observation group was 85.51%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group at 68.14%.The comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in MBI score between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the neurological function and daily life ability of the two groups of patients were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The degree of improvement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the levels of MBP,TIMP1,NSE and S100βin the serum of the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum indexes of the two groups of patients were improved than before(P<0.05),and the effect of observation group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcatheter selective intra-arterial interventional thrombolysis can effectively improve patients’neurological function and related indexes in serum in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and improve the therapeutic effect.
