摘要
研究以官方话语的传播效果为切入点,首先探讨影响话语传播效果的相关因素,然后以获得良好传播的大学校长毕业致辞为个案,对影响官方话语传播效果的相关因素进行分析。官方话语的传播是官方与大众的对话过程。在话语传播过程中,框架选择、互文选择、故事化叙述以及小句层面的人际意义建构等修辞方式对话语的传播效果有重要的影响。官方话语传播效果的提高对组织机构形象的提升、事务管理、政策流通以及管理方式的转变具有重要意义。
This study focuses on the communication efficiency of official discourse.It first summarizes relevant factors influencing the communication efficiency of official discourse and then makes an empirical case study of the factors contributing to the success of communication of some university principals’graduation speeches.This paper advocates that the communication of official discourse is a dialogic process between the official and common people,during which the frame selection,intertextual sources selection,storilization and interpersonal meaning construction at the level of clauses are essential rhetoric strategies.The improvement on the communication efficiency of official discourse is of great significance for the improvement of institution image,administration of the public affiairs,policy circulation and change of management style.
