夜蛾科昆虫化学感受蛋白研究进展

Research Progress on Chemoreceptor Proteins in Insects of the Family Noctuaridae

摘要 化学感受蛋白(Chemosensory proteins,CSPs)是昆虫嗅觉系统的重要组成部分,在黑腹果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)中首次被报道。随着基因组和转录组测序技术的不断发展,越来越多昆虫的CSPs得到鉴定。CSPs不仅广泛分布于昆虫的化学感受器官中,而且在非感受器官中也大量表达,能识别和结合化学分子并且参与昆虫的多种生理活动。本文从化学感受蛋白的发现和命名、结构和表达部位以及功能这几个方面阐述夜蛾科昆虫中相关的研究,以期今后为防治夜蛾科害虫开发新途径提供理论基础和参考建议,为未来防控治理夜蛾科害虫提供新的思路和靶标途径。 Chemosensory proteins(CSPs),an imporlant component of the olfactory system of insects,were first reported in Drosophila melanogaster.With the continuous development of genome and transcriptome sequencing technology,more and more insects have been identified CSPs.CSPs are not only widely distributed in the chemoreceptors of insects,but also expressed in a large num-ber of non-receptors,can recognize and bind chemical molecules and participate in a variety of physiological activities of insects.This paper expounds the relevant research in insects of the family Noctuinidae from the aspects of the discovery and naming,structure and expression site and function of chemoreceptor proteins,in order to provide a theoretical basis and reference suggestions for the development of new ways to control and control noctuidae pests in the future,and provide new ideas and target approaches for the future prevention and control of noctuid moths.
