摘要
谷苞先生基于传统边疆“文化主体性”叙事中轻视边疆人文贡献、单线叙事遭遇挑战以及费孝通先生提出的“民族区域观”等理论基础,提出中华民族共同性思想,其内在涵括农业区和游牧区的互补共生、农耕与游牧均依托土地辛勤劳作以及两大区域均秉持“大一统”理念等内容。该思想既有别于传统的边疆观,也跳脱出西方“共同领域”内在逻辑,为赋能边疆治理现代化提供了丰富的理论资源。谷苞先生从中华民族多元主体交融互动的角度理解中华民族的发展演变,提出中华民族共同性思想理论,对当前中华民族共同体理论体系的构建有着非常重要的借鉴意义。
Based on the theoretical basis such as traditional“cultural subjectivity”narrative of the frontier which ignores the humanistic contribution of the frontier,single-line narrative facing the challenge,and the“ethnic regional view”proposed by Mr.Fei Xiaotong,Mr.Gu Bao proposes the thought of Chinese National Commonality,which upholds the ideas such as the agricultural and nomadic areas are in a relationship of the complementary symbiosis,both farming and pastoralism rely on the land for their hard work,and both agricultural and nomadic areas hold fast to the concept of“great unity”.This thought is not only different from the traditional frontier view,but also leaps out of the internal logic of the western“common domain”,and provides rich theoretical resources for enabling the modernization of frontier governance.Mr.Gu Bao understands the development and evolution of the Chinese nation from the perspective of the integration and interaction of multiple subjects of the Chinese nation,and puts forward the thought and theory of Chinese National Commonality,which has very important referential significance for the construction of the current theoretical system of the Chinese National Community.
