摘要
目的探究临床中胆漏患者采用超声引导下穿刺置管引流术的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年12月内蒙古医科大学附属医院肝胆外科14例临床中发生胆漏患者的临床资料,均由有资质的肝胆外科医生在病房穿刺室采用超声引导下穿刺置管引流术进行治疗。结果14例胆漏患者全部一次性穿刺成功并引流出胆汁样液体,患者症状体征明显缓解,所有患者未出现并发症,预后良好。结论超声引导下穿刺置管引流术治疗胆漏效果显著,该操作免除了再次手术的创伤,方法简单易行,且肝胆外科医生操作更具有优势,具有较高的临床实用价值,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of ultrasound-guided puncture and catheter drainage in patients with biliary leakage.Methods The clinical data of 14 patients with biliary leakage in the department of hepatobiliary surgery of the affiliated hospital of inner mongolia medical university from January 2019 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated by qualified hepatobiliary surgeons in the puncture room of the ward with ultrason-guided catheter drainage.Results All the 14 patients with biliary leakage were successfully punctured at one time and bile like fluid was drained.The symptoms and signs of the patients were significantly relieved.No complications occurred in all the patients and the prognosis was good.Conclusions Ultrasound-guided puncture and catheter drainage has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with clinical biliary leakage.This operation avoids the trauma of re-operation,and the method is simple and easy to operate.Moreover,the operation of hepatobiliary surgeons is more advantageous and has high clinical practical value,which is worthy of widespread application.
