摘要
通过调研大学生闲置书籍的种类、数量和处理方式,了解当前书籍流转的屏障。在此基础上建构书籍共享设计系统框架,挖掘在书籍共享过程中不同利益相关者的诉求,并充分考虑利益相关者在共享过程中的参与方式与价值,提升大学生在共享过程中的参与黏度,最后从有形的"产品"和无形的"服务"两个方面进行方案设计。本研究以闲置书籍的回收、存放、销售、使用、服务等方面为触点,形成了共享平台实体设计方案,服务系统方案图和书籍共享APP设计,为"校园书籍浪费"现象提供解决策略。
By investigating the types,quantities and processing methods of college students’idle books,the barriers of current book circulation were found.On this basis,the sharing design system framework was constructed and the appeals of different stakeholders in the process of book sharing were explored,and the participation mode and value of stakeholders were fully considered.Finally,from the aspects of recycling,storage,sales,use and service of idle books,the sharing platform entity design scheme,service system map and book sharing mobile application APP are provided,which provides a solution against idle books waste.
