大型商业综合体塔楼结构抗震性能化设计 被引量:1

Seismic performance-based design to tower structure of a commercial complex

摘要 南京某大型商业综合体项目位于7度抗震设防烈度区,含有高层办公楼和公寓楼各一栋,与周边多层商业裙房连为一体的大底盘多塔建筑,两栋高层塔楼均采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。对具有多重复杂的超限结构在设计中采用了基于性能的抗震设计思想,以单塔和整体模型分别计算包络设计,针对重要部位和薄弱部位提高其抗震性能指标,并采用MIDAS Building进行了动力弹塑性分析,研究整体结构在大震作用下的动力响应和关键构件的损伤发展情况。结果表明,结构具有较高的抗震承载能力和延性,满足规范"大震不倒"的要求。 A commercial complex project in Nanjing is located in the seismic fortification intensity area of 7 degrees.It is a large chassis multi-tower building with two double towers in high-rise office buildings and apartment buildings,which is connected with the surrounding multi-story commercial skirt houses.The frame-shear wall structure system is adopted in both high-rise towers.The seismic design idea based on performance is adopted in the design of overrun structures with multiple complexities.The envelope design is calculated by single tower and whole model respectively,and the seismic performance index is improved for important and weak parts.The dynamic elastic-plastic analysis is carried out by MIDAS Building to study the dynamic response of the whole structure under the action of large earthquakes and the damage development of key components.The results show that the structure has high seismic bearing capacity and toughness,which meets the requirements of the code"large earthquakes can not fall".
