摘要
北京市某商业综合楼由于建筑设计的需要、使用功能的多样,导致人流密集、平面超长、竖向不规则,楼板局部不连续等较多复杂情况。介绍了结构本身特点及所采取的针对性应对措施,并对结构进行了弹性计算、温度应力计算、动力静力弹塑性分析以及多模型对比分析,结果表明各指标达到规范要求;最后总结了此类商业综合体的结构设计特点。
Due to the needs of architectural design and diversified functions of a commercial comprehensive building in Beijing,there are many complicated situations such as dense crowd flow,super-long plane,irregular vertical,and partial discontinuity of the floor.The characteristics of the structure itself and the corresponding countermeasures taken were introduced,and the elastic calculation,temperature stress calculation,dynamic static elastoplastic analysis and multi-model comparative analysis of the structure were carried out.The results show that the indicators meet the specifications.Finally,the structural design features of this type of commercial complex were summarize.
