长白山某万豪万怡酒店地基基础方案设计与分析

摘要 长白山某万豪万怡酒店地上5~6层,地下1层,屋面高度21.8m,采用钢框架结构体系,可供选用的地基基础方案包括天然地基、筏板基础方案或者预应力管桩基础方案。首先结合地勘报告对场地地质条件进行了系统分析。其后,对可能使用的地基基础形式逐一列举并初步进行了概念性分析。随后,对于适用的基础方案进行了依托定量统计的方案比选分析。最后,结合本工程地基基础方案比选结论,提出了对应类似工程的适用性建议。研究结果表明:依托方案比选方法,合理选用适用的地基基础方案,可以在有效满足地基基础承载力和沉降验算要求的前提下,有效提升地基基础设计的经济合理化水平,比选结论可作为类似工程适用性参考建议。 A Marriott hotel in Changbai Mountain has 5~6 floors above the ground and 1 floor underground,with a roof height of 21.8 m.It adopts a steel frame structure system,and the available foundation schemes include natural foundation,raft foundation or prestressed pipe pile foundation.The geological conditions of the site were systematically analyzed in combination with the geological exploration report.After that,the possible forms of foundation were listed and analyzed.Then,the applicable basic schemes based on quantitative statistics were compared and analyzed.Finally,based on the comparison and selection of the foundation schemes of this project,the applicability suggestions for similar projects were proposed.The research results show that:depending on the method of scheme comparison and selection,reasonable selection of applicable foundation scheme can effectively improve the level of economic rationalization of foundation design on the premise of effectively meeting the requirements of foundation bearing capacity and settlement checking calculation,and the conclusion of comparison and selection can be used as a reference for the applicability of similar projects.
