摘要
某办公楼地上建筑高度69.6m,需采用装配式建筑。针对建筑高度和建筑平面进行分析,可采用两种装配式结构方案,装配式混凝土框架-现浇核心筒结构或装配式钢框架-现浇核心筒结构。对两种方案进行结构计算分析及预制构件布置,对其成本及优缺点进行对比分析。结果表明,装配式混凝土框架-现浇核心筒结构成本比装配式钢框架-现浇核心筒低21.81%,但其施工工期较长,预制混凝土构件加工、制作、吊装、安装有一定难度,塔吊成本较高,装配式钢框架-现浇核心筒方案更加合理。
The height of the office building is 69.6 m,and the prefabricated building is required.According to the building height and building plane,two kinds of prefabricated structure schemes can be adopted:prefabricated concrete frame-cast-in-place core tube structure or fabricated steel frame-cast-in-place core tube structure.The two schemes are analyzed by structural calculation and layout of prefabricated components,and the cost,advantages and disadvantages are compared.The result shows that the cost of the prefabricated concrete frame cast-in-place core tube structure is about 21.81%lower than that of the fabricated steel frame-cast-in-place core tube structure,but the construction period is longer,the processing,manufacture,hoisting and installation of the prefabricated concrete components are difficult,the cost of the tower crane is higher.The scheme of the prefabricated steel frame-cast-in-place core tube is more reasonable.
