摘要 给出了抗滑移连接件各部件参数的具体设计流程,并对抗滑移连接件承载性能进行了理论及有限元分析。结果表明:螺栓等级直接影响双板件连接的转动刚度及抗滑移性能,当螺栓等级较低即双板件连接转动刚度较低时,抗滑移连接件初期刚度主要取决于双板件连接的转动刚度,矩形钢管间距对其影响较小,当螺栓等级较高时,双板件连接刚性较高,矩形钢管间距变化引起了挂载铁杆线刚度变化,导致抗滑移连接件初期刚度及塑性承载力发生明显变化;螺栓等级对抗滑移连接件初期刚度影响同样与矩形钢管间距相关,当矩形钢管间距较小时,螺栓等级对抗滑移连接件的初始刚度影响较大,当矩形钢管间距较大时,抗滑移连接件模型在螺栓等级变化下初始刚度基本不变。实际工程中,当挂载间距受限制时,必须匹配与之相适应的螺栓等级,抗滑移连接件的承载能力才能得到高效发挥。 The specific design process of the parameters of the anti-slip connectors is given,and the theoretical and finite element analysis of the bearing performance of the anti-slip connectors are carried out.The results show that the bolt grade directly affects the rotation stiffness and anti-slip performance of the double-plate connection.When the bolt level is lower,the rotation stiffness of the double-plate connection is lower.At the time,the initial stiffness of the anti-slip connection mainly depends on the rotational stiffness of the double-plate connection,and the rectangular steel pipe spacing has little effect on it.When the bolt level is higher,the double-plate connection rigidity is higher,and the change in the rectangular steel pipe spacing caused the stiffness of the mounted iron wire changes,resulting in a significant change in the initial stiffness and plastic bearing capacity of the anti-slip connector.The effect of the bolt stiffness against the initial stiffness of the slip joint is also related to the spacing of the rectangular steel pipe.The initial stiffness of the sliding connection has a greater influence.When the rectangular steel pipe spacing is large,the anti-slip member is connected substantially constant initial stiffness model bolt at the level variation.In actual engineering,when the mounting spacing is limited,the bolt grades corresponding to it must be matched so that the load-bearing capacity of the anti-slip connector can be effectively exerted.
