某较大高宽比超高层住宅结构设计常见问题及对策研究 被引量:5

摘要 本工程主楼结构高度144.40m,高宽比11.93,扭转不规则。针对本工程主楼结构超高、高宽比较大、地质条件差三个特点,结构整体性能目标采用C级。通过对桩底、桩侧采用后注浆,基础工程量、施工周期、桩基沉降等均得到显著改善。针对结构设计中的几个问题进行分析并采取加强措施后,经验算上部结构和工程桩均能满足预定的抗震性能目标C级的要求。 The main building of this project has a structural height of 144.40 m,a height-width ratio of 11.93,and irregular torsion.In view of the three characteristics of the super-high structure of the main building of the project,relatively large height-width ratio,and poor geological conditions,the overall performance target of the structure is grade C.Through the use of post grouting on the pile bottom and side,the amount of foundation work,construction period and settlement of pile foundation had been significantly improved.After analyzing several problems in structural design and taking strengthening measures,it is concluded that both the superstructure and the engineering pile can meet the pre-determined requirements of class C seismic performance.
