摘要
北京中医药大学基础医学院楼为建造于上世纪50年代的砖混结构,楼板以空心砖组合楼板为主。根据鉴定报告,该楼大部分的墙体、楼板、以及房屋的整体性不满足规范要求。墙体加固方案应综合考虑现状墙体的承载力和材料强度、建筑使用功能、工期和造价等多方面因素。本工程墙体选用单面板墙和双面板墙相结合的加固方式,设计时应考虑其细部构造和对基础的影响,并应防止出现新的综合抗震能力指数突变的楼层。空心砖组合楼板采用粘贴碳纤维布的方式进行加固,但当楼板刚度不足或已有材料的混凝土强度等级低于C15时,应选择其他的加固方式。新增圈梁、构造柱、钢拉杆或角钢支托可以增强结构的整体性,但应注意钢拉杆或角钢支托可能对室内效果产生影响。
The building of Basic Medical College in Beijing University of Chinese medicine is a masonry structure built in the 1950 s.The floor slab is mainly composed of hollow bricks.According to the appraisal report,most of the walls,the floor slabs and the structural integration of buildings do not meet the requirements of the specification.The wall reinforcement scheme should comprehensively consider the bearing capacity and material strength of the existing wall,the use of building function,time limit for the project,the cost and other factors.In this project,the combination of single-sided and double-sided slab walls is adopted to reinforce the wall.The detailed structure and its influence on the foundation shall be considered in the design,and the new floor with abrupt change of comprehensive seismic capacity index shall be prevented.The bearing capacity of hollow brick composite floor can be improved by sticking carbon fiber cloth.However,when the floor stiffness is insufficient or the concrete strength grade of existing materials is lower than C15,other reinforcement methods should be selected.The new ring beam,constructional column,steel tie rod or angle steel support can enhance the integrity of the structure.It is necessary to pay attention on the influence of steel tie rod or angle steel support on indoor effect.
