摘要
南国中心二期为复杂商业综合体,购物中心采用混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,跨地铁车库采用预应力钢骨下弦空腹桁架。购物中心结构属于超长结构,同时存在平面大开洞,竖向构件不连续,大悬挑,大跨度特点。本文介绍了在地连墙-逆做法下的基础设计,购物中心大跨度的设计处理,超长结构的温度应力作用,以及对楼盖的舒适度的设计分析,带有预应力钢骨梁的空腹桁架在跨地铁车库中的分析与应用。
Langold center PhaseⅡis a commercial complex.The shopping center adopts a concrete frame-shear wall structure,and Open web truss with PSRC bottom chord is used in Crossing-subway garage.The shopping mall structure is a super-long structure,and there are large planar holes,vertical discontinuous columns,large overhangs,and large spans.This article introduces the foundation design of the reversed construction method,the design and treatment of the large span of the shopping mall,the temperature stress effect of the super-long structure,and the design analysis of the comfort of the floor,analysis and applications of open web truss with PSRC beam in Crossing-subway garage.
