压型钢板自攻螺钉连接抗风性能试验研究

Experimental study on pull-over strength of screw connections in simulated wind-resist tests for profiled steel panel

摘要 通过对不同强度和断面形状的压型钢板的抗风揭试验研究,观察检测压型钢板波谷在自攻螺钉连接处拉脱的破坏情形、承载力,并与规范计算公式的计算结果对照,推导出不同强度压型钢板与墙梁自攻螺钉连接的抗拉强度计算公式,给出应用的建议。 Different profile and grade steel panels were fixed through screws and tested by wind uplift apparatus.Comparison and analysis the pull over values of tests and calculation results according to the code.Specific conditions and suggestionsfound in tests are pointed out to use with the pull-over design formulas of the code.
