创新型产业中心项目结构性能分析与设计

摘要 本工程地面以上由东、西两个塔楼组成,塔楼层数均为20层,上部结构采用型钢混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒组成的框架-核心筒结构体系,根据建筑功能需要,东西两侧塔楼在第四层通过钢桁架连廊连接。在满足建筑功能及造型的情况下,结构整体存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、连体、穿层柱等多项超限内容,采用了抗震性能化设计。计算分析软件为YJK、ETABS等,对结构体系在多遇地震工况下进行受力计算,在设防烈度地震工况下进行复核验算,并进行弹性阶段的时程分析,用SAUSAGE软件对该结构体系在罕遇地震工况下进行弹塑性阶段的时程分析,并针对超限提出相应的技术措施,分析结果表明在采取一定的技术措施之后,可以达到预定的性能目标,结构主体安全。 This project has a basement and two towers above the ground level.One tower is on the east and the other is on the west.The two 20-story towers adopt composite steel frame-concrete core tube structure system.As architectural design requested,the two towers are connected by a steel truss corridor on the fourth floor.In order to provide the architectural functional space and present the exceptional building profile,seismic performance-based design is used to cope with some over-limit items,such as torsional irregularity,discontinuous slab,conjoined towers,multi-story columns and so on.In software YJK and Etabs.the structure model is analyzed with frequently encountered seismic elastic calculation,then checked and compared with fortification intensity seismic calculation results.And elastic time history analysis is also run in each software.The elastoplastic time history analysis under rare earthquakes is performed by software SAUSAGE.Based on the results of different analysis,corresponding technical measures are put forward to reinforce the structure.The analysis results show that the whole structure can achieve the predetermined performance target and remain safe upon correct technical measures.
