人字支撑钢框架中拉链柱设计方法研究

摘要 以人字支撑钢框架中拉链柱为研究对象,分别从支撑竖向不平衡力取值和拉链柱传力模式两方面进行分析,提出了一种分段式拉链柱设计方法。并对按此方法设计的某10层拉链柱人字支撑钢框架结构进行了大震下的有限元弹塑性时程分析。结果表明:基于受压支撑延性系数的竖向不平衡力SRSS组合值与有限元分析结果较为接近;拉链柱自下而上逐层传力及竖向不平衡力按构件刚度比进行分配的假设在分析结果中得到了验证;时程分析得到的拉链柱最大轴力均小于设计轴力,且偏差在20%以内。可见,按此方法设计拉链柱既有一定安全储备又不过于保守,是较为合适的。 Taking the zipper column in chevron brace steel frame as the research object,this paper analyzed the value of vertical unbalance force of brace,the transmission mode of force in zipper column,then proposed a design method of segmented zipper column.The finite element elastic-plastic time-history analysis of a 10-story zipper column chevron brace steel frame structure which is designed according to this method is carried out under rare earthquake.The results show that:the value of SRSS combination of vertical unbalance force based on ductility coefficient of compressive brace is close to the results of finite element analysis;the assumption that the force of zipper column transmits layer by layer from bottom to top and the vertical unbalance force is distributed according to the stiffness ratio of components is verified by the analysis results;the maximum axial force of zipper column obtained by time-history analysis is less than that designed by this method and the deviation is less than 20%.It can be seen that the zipper column designed by this method has a certain safety reserve and is not too conservative,which is more appropriate.
