摘要
方钢管截面形式的折线形刚架在造型复杂的建筑中应用较多,为研究此类结构节点在火灾下的极限状态和破坏模式,首先对采用的有限元方法进行了准确性验证,并探讨了封闭钢管高温内压对节点破坏模式可能的影响。在此基础上,以某公共建筑钢刚架结构项目为背景,利用ABAQUS软件对两种折线形刚架典型方钢管节点进行了耐火性能分析。研究结果表明:1)折线形节点在高温极限状态下的位移会随荷载水平的减少而增加;2)恒定荷载下节点达到某一温度时会发生转动屈服,屈服转角、极限转角、能承受的环境温度极限会随荷载水平的减少而增加;3)荷载水平的变化会对节点在高温下极限状态的塑性应变分布规律造成影响;4)高温引起的内压会对节点的破坏模式及可达到的极限转角造成影响。
Folded line steel frame with square steel tube section is widely used in buildings with complex shapes,and in order to study the limit states and failure modes of joints in such structures under fire case,the accuracy of the finite element method is verified firstly,and the possible influence of the high temperature internal pressure on joint failure mode is also discussed.On this basis,software ABAQUS is used to analyze the fire resistance of two kinds of typical square tubular joints in the steel rigid frame of a public building project.The results show that:(1)the displacement of the joints at the high temperature limit states increases with decreasing load level;(2)rotation yielding occurs when the joint reaches a certain temperature under constant load,and the yield rotation angle,ultimate rotation angle and the limit of ambient temperature that can be tolerated increase with decreasing load level;(3)the change of load level affects the plastic strain distribution of joints at the high temperature limit states;(4)the internal pressure caused by high temperature affects the failure mode and rotation capacity of the joints.
