管式炉基础安全性检测分析

摘要 某石化公司炉1、炉2管式炉基础已使用超过50年,无法确定其实际安全状况。计划今后设备改造,结构上部荷载增加。通过现场检查,发现两个单体不存在钢筋锈蚀、上部结构变形等明显损伤;通过荷载调查,获取结构承担的自重、平台活载、设备荷载、风荷载等各类荷载工况实际值;通过现场检测,获取混凝土碳化深度、材料强度、截面尺寸、钢筋布置及保护层厚度等信息。考虑结构的实际受力状态,并结合建模计算,得出炉1基础的承载力不满足要求,炉2基础的部分构件配筋不满足构造要求,同时得出设备自重及风荷载对此类结构承载力起控制作用。在此基础上给出对承载力不足构件采用增大截面法加固的处理措施建议,为同类设备基础的鉴定及今后改造提供依据。 The foundation of NO.1 and NO.2 pipesill foundation in a petrochemical company has been used for more than 50 years,and its actual safety status cannot be determined.It is planned to renovate the equipment in the future and increase the load on the upper part of the structure.Through on-site inspection,it is found that there is no obvious damage such as corrosion of steel bars or deformation of structure in the two monomers;through On-site inspection,concrete carbonation depth,material strength,section size,reinforcement arrangement and protective layer thickness are obtained.according to calculated results based on modeling with the actual stress state,it is concluded that the bearing capacity of the NO.1 foundation does not meet the requirements,and some components of NO.2 foundation does not meet the structural requirements.At the same time,it is concluded that the self-weight of the equipment and the wind load control the bearing capacity of such structures.On this basis,suggestions are given for the reinforcement of components with insufficient bearing capacity by increasing the section method,which provides a basis for the identification of similar equipment foundations and future renovations.
