摘要
随着经济发展,我国对道路交通的建设日益增加,而预应力箱梁桥作为一种较为常见形式的用于道路交通建设。以往预应力箱梁桥设计多采用空间杆系模型、梁格法模型计算分析方法,上述分析方法均为将桥梁结构进行简化后再进行计算分析,并不能准确反映箱梁实际受力情况,导致有些裂缝病害无法从上述分析方法中找到答案。以广州沙溪二桥主桥为例,采用空间网格法建立精细化有限元模型对全桥的腹板、底板等各个部位进行了全面分析,发现有限元分析计算结果与桥梁实际开裂情况相吻合,得出原桥梁结构设计简化分析方法存在不足是本桥裂缝产生的主要原因,同时验证了空间网格法在箱梁结构分析的准确性。根据空间网格法建立的精细化分析模型对桥梁使用阶段的裂缝进行了分析评估,希望对桥梁的精细化设计方法提供借鉴,以解决理论与实际不符的问题。
With the development of economy,the construction of road traffic in my country is increasing day by day,and prestressed box girder bridge is used for road traffic construction as a relatively common form.In the past,the design of prestressed box girder bridges mostly used the calculation and analysis methods of the space rod system model and the beam grid method.The above analysis methods are all simplified bridge structures before calculation and analysis,which cannot accurately reflect the actual stress of the box girder,resulting in some cracks.Diseases can not find the answer from the above analysis method.Taking the main bridge of Guangzhou Shaxi No.2 Bridge as an example,a refined finite element model was established by using the spatial grid method to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the web,floor and other parts of the whole bridge.It is concluded that the main reason for the cracks of this bridge is the deficiency of the simplified analysis method of the original bridge structure design,and the accuracy of the spatial grid method in the analysis of the box girder structure is verified.Based on the refined analysis model established by the spatial grid method,the cracks in the bridge service stage are analyzed and evaluated,and it is hoped to provide a reference for the refined design method of the bridge to solve the problem that the theory does not match the actual situation.
